Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

Final sale items
Gift cards
Downloadable products
Items being returned for wrong size
Items being returned for wrong color

How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at therealmonet1.0@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request, subject to availability.
